One Page Websites

| Payment is required prior to registration of your website domain
name & server set-up. Once payment & website content has been
received we will normally create and load your website within 7
days. |

| We will check availability of your requested .co.uk domain name
but cannot guarantee that your first choice will always be
available. We will suggest alternatives when your first choice
has already been registered by another business. |

| The annual cost includes 1 update at renewal.
Additional updates can be made at any time at a nominal charge of £10 per update
(provided the website template isn't being amended). The
annual cost includes registration with 20+ top search engines.
The annual cost includes the registration costs of your chosen
domain name and hosting on our server. Webstats are not
available for one page websites. |

| It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have
the legal right to use all content (text & photos) provided to us.
We take no responsibility for content provided. One Page
Websites are built against templates and we reserve the right to
amend text content or crop photos if necessary to fit within the
chosen template. |

| If an optional email account is being provided then the client
will need to set-up an account on a program such as Microsoft
Outlook to send & receive emails. We will forward
instructions on setting up this email account. The email size limit is 5MB
maximum per email but there is no limit on the number of emails. |

| Customers may pay by PayPal money transfer to accounts@weddingkeepsakes.co.uk. |

| Websites are hosted through Pipex servers. Availability of
websites are based on availability of servers through Pipex. |
